1990
- 4 January 1990: The Transitory Government is established, dedicating itself to reestablishing and reforming the First Rosen Commonwealth following the Nuclear Crisis.
- March 1990: After months of bickering and disorganization, the Transitory Commonwealth’s assembly elects an Executive Committee to draft a new constitution. Delegates included prolific socialists such as Deng Liang, Cora Cavaleri, and others.
- April 1990: Jorge Almeida’s body is discovered in Navarro, and then lost while transporting it to a state funeral. It is never found again.
- March to August 1990: Debates over the political structure of the Commonwealth eventually result in consensus over a largely Almeidaist state with more decentralized economic and political policy. Features a directorial system.
- October 1990: Roughly 38% of the Commonwealth’s territory is under Transitory Commonwealth control. International Union help does not arrive until much later.
- 3 November 1990: The Second Constitution of the Rosen Commonwealth is signed by the Executive Committee in Bełnowiec. It is approved near-unanimously by the Assembly the following afternoon.
1991
- November 1990 to October 1991: A dedicated campaign by Caio Morais’s takes place in response to the founding of the Second Rosen Commonwealth. The Commonwealth loses significant ground until Morais’s warlordship fractures.
- December 1991: São Cedillo is conquered by the Commonwealth
