Olgierd Matos Trela (January 19th, 1924 - March 3rd, 2014) was the first Secretary-General of the Rosen Commonwealth, serving from 1990 to 1998. During the Second Rosen Civil War, she served as a three-star admiral in the Rosen Socialist Navy, before overseeing the Transitory Commonwealth. She is considered by historians one of the most influential people in Rosen history, despite the fact that she did not sign the Second Constitution.
