The International Security Directory (ISD) is a supranational intergovernmental organization responsible for conflict arbitration, coordinating peacekeeping and counterterrorism efforts, and composing and enforcing treaties involved with arms control. It was founded in 1996, six years after the Nuclear Crisis, as an autonomous organ of the International Union. The ISD’s primary goal is to prevent large scale conflict and the proliferation of nuclear weapons. The ISD has three “permanent arbitrating members”: the State of Saya, the West Ayan Republic, and the Rosen Commonwealth.
