The Carcatoise People’s Republic (CPR) was a country in West Aya from 1922-1999. After the end of the Nuclear Crisis, it acceded to the West Ayan Republic, becoming its fifth member state. As a socialist state backed by the Sayan Union, it relied heavily on the communist sphere of influence for aid and political support, though the CPR became increasingly self-sufficient over its history.
