The New Articles of Association for the Rosen Republic, commonly referred to as the New Articles, was a proto-constitutional document that laid out a temporary bill of rights for a future Rosen Republic until a complete constitution could be ratified. The New Articles were written quickly over a weekend by Armando Ribeiro, Maurycy Basara, and other prominent figures in the Constitutional Committee.
