The International Coalition for Stable Governance in East Aya (ICOSGEA) was a multilateral alliance between countries in West Aya and the Sayan Union. The alliance was formed to protest the loss of the Democratic-Nationalist Alliance to Socialist forces in 1984, which the Sayan Union saw as a threat to its version of socialism. The West Ayan countries believed that the Rosen Commonwealth would prop up Rosen Socialist (Almeidaist) revolutions in their countries, and thus, the alliance was formed to prevent the Rosen Commonwealth from stabilizing. ICOSGEA carried out its goals through economic sanctions and political pressure. It is believed that ICOSGEA was behind the May 1986 terrorist attacks in Wallaceburg.
