Summary
The executive branch of the Rosen Commonwealth is composed of dozens of different administrative bodies that manage the Commonwealth’s needs. They are categorized in three levels: departments, in which most administration is devolved to republics and is more accountable to the cabinet than the Secretariat-Directory, offices, in which administrators are directly appointed by secretaries and is more accountable to the Directory than the cabinet, and agencies, which are more independent and operate with less political oversight.

DEPFOR Secretary: Adelaide Douglas Responsible for administrating the Commonwealth’s foreign policy, diplomatic corps, and operating embassies and consulates.
Department of Justice
DEPJUS Secretary: Sozea Uyemura Responsible for working alongside the Supreme Judiciary and Court of Appeals, administrating the courts, conducting investigation, and punishment.
Department of Finance and Economics
DEPFIN Secretary: Daniel Pelc Responsible for administering the Rosen economy, issuing economic directives, and identifying financial crimes.
Department of Health, Labor, and Welfare
DEPHEL Secretary: Selam Malomo Responsible for administering hospitals, care and medical research, labor relations and protection of trade unions, and welfare as well as wealth inequality.
Department of Education, Culture, and Science
DEPEDU Secretary: Joel Castro-Miranda Responsible for administering higher education, sports and recreation, and scientific research.
Department of Internal Affairs
DEPINAFF Secretary: Joel Castro-Miranda Responsible for administering relations between republics as well as relations between the federal government and the republics.

DEPAG Secretary: Laurite Fischer Responsible for administering land allocation, farming, national parks, and energy generation (notably the maintenance and transportation of nuclear weapons.)

DEPDEF Secretary: Pamela Łukowska Responsible for administering the Rosen armed forces, maintaining territorial integrity, and general national defense.
Department of Transportation and Tourism
DEPTRANS Secretary: Xian Yaling Responsible for administering Rosen roads, rails, and airways, as well as the largely state-owned tourism industry.

Office of International Image and Perception
OIIP Administrator: Helena Malinowska Responsible for administering the image of the Rosen Commonwealth, effectively distributing propaganda and other information about the country.
Office of Intergovernmental Organization Relations
OIOR Administrator: Lara Evenson Responsible for administering the Commonwealth’s relations with major IGOs, like the International Union, the World Bank, and the International Security Directory.

OOSC Administrator: Damien Holt Responsible for administering the Commonwealth’s policy and directives with regards to exploration and industry in space, especially on Luna. It is the intermediary authority over ROCARA.

OIRS Administrator: Walentyna Banasik Responsible for administering the internet and digital communication within the Commonwealth.

OYC Administrator: Richard Eichinger Responsible for administering the federal government’s relations with youth, managing youth organizations and well-being.
