Caio Morais (April 2nd, 1939 - February 28th, 1993) was a Sennan politician and warlord who ruled much of the Northern Rosen Republic after the Nuclear Crisis. Utilizing former connections to private military groups in the Rosen Republic, he ruled much of his territory using forced labor, including slavery. His “warlordship” was the longest lasting out of the post-First Commonwealth period and capitulated totally shortly after his suicide in February 1993.
